Table knife EGHW set of 4

The table knives are forged in Switzerland from a new type of surgical steel with a hardness of 58 HRC and four times the corrosion resistance. The handle scales are made of stabilized ash and walnut wood and the finish and hand honing are done by the cutler Hansjörg Kilchenmann in Basel. The deliberately smooth transition from the handle to the blade enables ergonomic cutting and the unique feature is that the cutting edge has no contact with the surface thanks to the optimized design.
