Bamix multi-purpose knife
Chops, minces, purees raw and cooked vegetables, fruits, berries, baby food, cooked meat, frozen fruit to make fruit ice cream, jam and even ice cubes. Passes soups and sauces. Stir cake and omelette dough.
Recipe with the "multi knife":
Sponge cake
250 g sugar, 4 eggs, 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Juice of half a lemon, 200 g butter, 1 cup of milk,
500 g flour, 1 sachet baking powder
Preparation: Put sugar, eggs, lemon juice in a bowl (as high and narrow as possible). Then add sliced soft butter. Work the mixture well with the "multi knife" for about 2 minutes. Then add milk, flour and baking powder. Mix again for another 3 minutes. Put the dough into a well greased baking tin and bake at medium heat. Lightly sprinkle the finished cake with icing sugar.
