As a "steak knife to go", the pocket knife Damast is ideal for gourmets to cut with their own knife on the go. The special feature of the Damascus pocket knife is that not only the razor-sharp blade is made of several 100 layers of stainless torsion damascus, but also the back of the knife. The simple elegance is completed with handle scales made of stabilized walnut wood.

It can be opened - thanks to the worldwide unique slide bearing in high-tech ceramics - as easy as a feather.

Each knife is made entirely by hand in the Bieler Knifermanufaktur and is therefore unique.

The pocket knife comes with a leather sheath.
