With the roller grinder you can sharpen your knives yourself at home and without prior knowledge always accurately and safely.

Thanks to the grinding gauge, the grinding angle of 15° for Japanese and 20° for European kitchen knives can be maintained exactly. The roller grinder with special friction wheel drive enables the handle roller to always be guided in a controlled manner.

The grinding side is diamond-coated, therefore enormously long-lasting and

enables precise sharpening of the blade. The grooved ceramic honing wheel smoothes the edge and removes the burr.

If you want to resharpen a European kitchen knife with a larger grinding angle to 15°, we recommend to use the additional 200 diamond wheel (Art. H07-530-0200) first. This way you can grind the kitchen knife to the 15° angle.

The knife sharpener is handmade in the Black Forest by Otmar and Timo Horl since 1993 and meets the highest manufacturing standards in design and quality. The system is expandable through various, very useful components. A thoroughly honest product that will give you pleasure with every sanding.
