The Steel Duo PID espresso machine from Ascaso has a straightforward, simple design and yet is technically sophisticated. Thanks to the adjustable pre-infusion and the precise PID control, it can keep up with large boiler machines while consuming only a fraction of the energy. With the thermoblock system, only the required amount of water is heated during the brewing process. The externally adjustable pressure relief valve allows the pressure to be set quickly and easily. The 2-liter water tank can be conveniently filled from the right-hand side. The cup support surface is actively heated and ensures that the cups are heated quickly.

The dual thermoblock enables simultaneous preparation of milk foam and espresso. This is made even easier by two programmable filling quantities, so that you can relax and concentrate on frothing while the espresso/coffee flows into the cup. The hot water has the same temperature as the brewing group and is therefore perfect for Americano or tea.
