The Steel Duo PID from Ascaso has a straightforward, simple design and yet is technically sophisticated. Thanks to the adjustable pre-infusion and the precise PID control, it can keep up with large boiler machines while consuming only a fraction of the energy. With the thermoblock system, only the required amount of water is heated during the brewing process.

The dual thermoblock enables simultaneous preparation of milk foam and espresso. The whole process is made even easier by two programmable filling quantities, so that you can relax and concentrate on frothing while the espresso/coffee flows into the cup.
