The 1826 pan series is one of the first pan series from the renowned pan manufacturer Cristel. After almost two centuries, Cristel has decided to reissue the world's first deep-drawn pan series. The design is still beautiful today. However, the pan has been redesigned to meet today's performance requirements and is now also induction-compatible.
