Cast iron cookware

The Dutch star chef Sergio Herman has teamed up with Serax - the result is the "Surface" cookware. The cast-iron pots and pans have a simple design and are suitable for any heat source. But the series also makes a good form on the table. The series consists of cooking pot, sauté pan, oven tray, frying pan and grill pan. While the insides are glazed, the outsides have a robust rough and unpolished look.
