Heidi cheese slicer

The cheese slicer has a flexible blade made of spring steel and enables perfect slicing of cheeses such as Beaufort, Comté, Appenzeller and Gouda. The handle is made of black ABS and is held in place by 3 metal rivets. The bolster of the knife is decorated with an edelweiss relief, the characteristic motif of the Heidi brand.
