Hard cheese knife Heidi

The hard cheese knife is perfect for easily cutting cheeses such as Beaufort, Comté, Gruyère or even Emmental. The handle is made of black ABS and is held in place by 3 metal rivets. The bolster of the knife is decorated with an edelweiss relief, the characteristic motif of the Heidi brand.
