The Master Zester grater is used to cut fine zests from cheese, citrus fruits, ginger nutmeg etc.

The stainless steel blade is shaped like a file and is particularly sharp and durable. An optimum result is achieved with almost no effort. As the blade is razor-sharp, the food is cut precisely and not torn. The precise cut allows the aromas to develop better and the taste becomes more intense.

The black grater has a matt finish and is made of stainless steel with a PVD coating for greater scratch resistance.
