The food colouring pen is suitable for painting and labelling rolled fondant, marzipan, white chocolate and edible paper, etc.

So that the surface is not damaged when writing with the pen, it should be well dried. In this way, small works of art can be created on cakes and biscuits with the food colouring pen.

Tip: If the pencil is not used for a longer period of time, it might dry up. This can be quickly remedied: Put some water or alcohol on a small plate and dip the pen briefly until it is ready to write again.
