Tip: Work like a professional!
To ensure professional guidance of the knife, press the thumb of the left hand (for right-handed users) and the little finger together and bend the middle fingers. The knife can glide on their surface and thus poses less risk of injury
Fluted bevel
Due to the depression in the blade (hollows), an air cushion is built up during cutting, so that cut material which tends to stick, e.g. potatoes, ham, cheese, adheres less to the knife
