Your knives sharp again in no time at all. With the PRO roll sharpener, you can sharpen your knives precisely and safely at home without any prior knowledge.

The uniqueness is hidden. The Horl Pro 3 has a high-precision planetary gear which produces a triple sharpening movement with a single rolling motion. In addition, the grinding jig has six

adjustable grinding angles, which open up completely new possibilities - for all those who place the highest demands on their knives.

Grinding jig:
The grinding gauge on the Horl Pro 3 makes it easy to choose between six different grinding angles (10°, 13°, 15°, 20°, 22°, 25°), which can be adjusted using a quick grip on the underside.

Sanding side:
The sharpening side is diamond-coated, therefore extremely durable and enables precise sharpening of the blade. The grooved ceramic honing wheel smoothes the edge and removes the burr.

If you want to sharpen a European kitchen knife with a larger grinding angle to 15°, we recommend first using the additional 200 mm diamond wheel (item H07-530-0200-3). This allows you to grind the kitchen knife to the 15° angle.

Manufacture:
The knife sharpener has been made by hand in the Black Forest by Otmar and Timo Horl since 1993 and meets the highest manufacturing standards in terms of design and quality. The system can be extended with various very useful components. A thoroughly honest product that will give you pleasure with every grind.
