The decorative ester is suitable for peeling lemon or orange peels. With its sharpened perforation, the decorative ester cuts the finest strips from the peel of citrus fruits or chocolate for flavouring and decorating.

Through the lateral perforation, the decorative ester cuts wider and thicker strips of fruit/vegetables like a chiselling knife.

The working part of the deco ester made of stainless steel and the handle made of polypropylene are dishwasher safe.
