The confectionery range makes it easy to spread creams, fillings and toppings and to remove finished baked products from the mould or sheet metal much more easily.

The working part of the flexible Confiserie range is made of stainless steel, flexibly ground and hand-sharpened. The plastic handle lies well in the hand.
