Chimichurri herb mixture 50 gr

Perfect for the barbecue season!

With the spice mix, you can make the chimichurri sauce known from South and Central America yourself with a little oil. It goes well with grilled meat, choripan (sausage on light bread), hot dogs, grilled vegetables such as zucchinis, eggplants, corn on the cob and potatoes etc.

Preparation for 4 people:

- 2 tbsp chimichurri, 6 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp vinegar (white), 1 tbsp water.

Mix all the ingredients together well and leave to stand for 30 minutes. Pour over the ready-to-serve meat/vegetables and enjoy.

- The mixed chimichurri sauce can also be refined with mayonnaise to create a very individual and tasty barbecue sauce.
