The burner can be used to flambé, caramelize, glaze or melt food. Caramelize sugar for crème brûlée or give vegetables and meat a fine roasted aroma and a crispy crust - it's all possible with the burner. The flambé burner is ready for use at any time with a pressure switch and is equipped with a practical rotary lock. This allows a continuous flame with high heat development to be generated. The adjustable flame intensity also allows the temperature to be continuously regulated, as a crème brûlée requires significantly less heat than a herb or cheese crust.

A safety lock prevents the refillable burner from being switched on unintentionally.
