With the bread knife Delta the bread is sawn and not crushed. The bread knife Delta is equipped with the Güde serrated edge, a special serrated edge with pointed teeth.

The Delta bread knife is hand-forged by the Güde manufactory in Solingen. It consists of one piece of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel and the handle shells are made of high-quality genadilla wood.
