Lumaconi No. 6 is made in the Sandro Desii pasta factory in Barcelona. The family business has been making pasta according to traditional recipes and with the best ingredients since 1967. The handmade pasta is made from durum wheat semolina and egg and then gently dried at very low temperatures. The result is a special pasta that brings out the best in pasta dishes. Thanks to its slightly porous surface, the pasta absorbs the flavors and liquid from sauces and gravies while remaining al dente and firm to the bite.
