The two porcelain vessels can be used for a sushi evening or a Japanese meal for wasabi and gari (pickled ginger). But they can also be used as salt and pepper vessels.

Since space is a scarce commodity in Japan, great emphasis is always placed on functionality and stackability in the design of products. Thus, the entire Sitaku series can be stacked on top of each other after use and stored in the cabinet to save space.

The whole series is manufactured in Arita, the porcelain city on the southernmost of the Japanese islands, whose history is closely linked with this material since the early 17th century.
