With the Berkel film roll you can cut exactly the length you need for vacuuming. The film is made of BPA-free plastic and is compatible with the Berkel vacuum device.

Recommendation for use

• Freezer and refrigerator.
• Defrosting in the microwave
• Boil in 100°C hot water for max. 1 hour
• For preparation as vacuum in the steam oven or with Sous Vide (max. 90°C for max. 72 hours)
