The sknife steak knives forged in the Emmental are made of a new type of nitrided surgical steel, which results in four times the corrosion resistance and a high hardness of 58 HRC.

The steak fork and spoon match the steak and table knife and are also handmade in the sknife knife manufactory in Biel.
